Pre-order between Sunday, December 7th and Sunday, December 14th and you’ll be able to either pick up or get your cheesecakes delivered between Monday, December 15th and Sunday, December 21st. Plenty of time before Christmas for the perfect gift for your friend, neighbor, or coworker or to bring as dessert to your next potluck or party! And while you’re at it, don’t forget to treat yourself to one also because you deserve it.

Available in 8 different flavors: original, toasted almond, Oreo cookies and cream, strawberry, mango, calamansi, pandan, or matcha. ALSO AVAILABLE: an 8 slice variety pack that includes one of every flavor! All cakes are 9” in diameter. Original is $20, any topping is $24, and the variety is $30. After a brief hiatus Chef Kuya Tastings are finally back! The next Chef Kuya Tasting will be on May 24th at 6pm. And due to popular demand I am INCREASING the number of available seats from 10 to 12. Seats will be $125/person and of course, please feel free to BYOB (glasses will be provided).

While it was fun diving into my culinary history and showcasing my experiences in a variety of cuisines and styles, I really want to go back to my roots for this, and for all, Chef Kuya Tastings going forward. This will be a multi-course tasting experience showcasing the influences, ingredients, and styles of Filipino food and its place, I believe, in truly delicious and exciting cuisine.
